All you can eat

Organized by:

Let’s start from the beginning: Where does the fish we buy and eat come from? What environmental, economic and social impacts does it have? We’ll try to understand what lies behind this little-known, mostly hidden supply chain on a journey to discover fish seasonality, the reproductive cycles that people ignore and intensive oceanic fish farms. We’ll also be looking at case studies like dragnets left in the sea, biological invasions in the Mediterranean and the new competitions between humans and animals. With UniSG lecturer Gabriele Volpato.
