Aperitivo with a producer
The sun is setting and the fishermen are heading to shore, their day’s work done. But there is still time to sip a glass of something cold, to have a chat, to share a smile. We will be organizing tastings with some of the producers present at Slow Fish, offering a drink paired with a bite to eat and an opportunity to learn more about their work, ask questions and sample something new. Every day at around 7pm at the UNISG stand.
