At the restaurant Ai Tre Canai, located in the lagoon, Giorgio Dal Forno offers a taste of this unique territory. A born sailor and a chef by calling, Giorgio has always had an unconditional love for this land and made his restaurant a must-see for seafood lovers.

Giorgio will bring the Marano lagoon to the heart of Genoa, at the Cavo restaurant inside the 17th century palace of Branca Doria: the perfect environment to taste authentic and delicate seafood dishes.

Giorgio’s offerings will be paired with wines from Consorzio Franciacorta.
