The fragrance of fried fish mingling with the smell of the sea, hot sun on the sand… Fried seafood tells us stories of sharing, of grandmothers at the stove and of distant ports. This tour around the fish market and the port, led by UNISG’s student gastronomes, will cover its origins from street food to the success of fish and chips, with history, anecdotes and tastings.
