Trout out of freshwater
The La Trota restaurant was founded more than 50 years ago near the Santa Susanna river in Rivodutri. Since 1984, the two brothers Maurizio and Sandro Serva have continued their parents’ dream by turning La Trota into a Michelin two-star restaurant.
The menu is based on freshwater fish: pike, carp, trout and crayfish are made into surprising dishes that fully respect and reflect the environment of submarine treasures and crystal clear waters. This is a unique opportunity to taste some of the most interesting interpretations of freshwater fish out there.
Free entry while seats last, but tickets for tastings must be bought from the cash register inside the Marketplace.
