Chefs are of course an indispensable part of any Slow Food event.
They popularize our philosophy and help promote the biodiversity of the waters, traditional fishing and breeding methods and the cultures that they belong to. With the word chef, Slow Food describes people with different backgrounds and paths in life, all sharing the same food philosophy.
The stars at Slow Fish:
• Chefs from the Slow Food Chefs’ Alliance will be taking turns to man the stove in a large kitchen, telling us everything that contributes to the preparation of a dish, step by step.
• Great chefs who are increasingly becoming symbols of their countries will be the protagonists at the Dinner Dates.
• Chefs from the Terra Madre Network, active members of the food communities in their countries, will be cooking at the Slow Fish Marketplace kitchen.
