The Slow Path: What to fish?

If what you’ve read so far has intrigued you, and you want to learn more about the Slow Food vision for good, clean and fair fishing, take a walk on the Slow Path – a Slow Food Education initiative designed for the general public and school groups alike. The Slow Path starts from Casa Slow Food and crosses the whole event, discovering good practices, sea stories and fascinating characters.

The guided tour offers you the possibility to get to know the stars of Slow Fish: the producers and food communities. They’ll tell you about the bonds that unite them to the world of fish, sharing their experiences, anecdotes and practical ideas for choosing and preparing fish in the kitchen.

The activities cost €2 for Slow Food members and €5 for non-members. For those who become a member at the event, the path will be free.

You can book by writing to or directly at the Casa Slow Food desk during the event. In both cases, the payment will be made directly at Slow Fish (no online sale).
