University of Gastronomic Sciences: Personal Fishers, Walk n’Eats, Eat-in and conferences

At Slow Fish, the  University of Gastronomic Sciences, a young, dynamic and impressive international university, will be an active and creative part of Slow Fish, starting with the presence of a stand in the Porto Antico. The university’s program involves didactic initiatives by professors, alumni and students, happy hours with producers, conferences, three types of Personal Fisher events and two Walk n’Eat trails for Genoa, to discover the gastronomic treasures of the city. On Sunday, there is our inevitable Eat-in at 1pm, to share good food and good ideas. Get involved with the new gastronomes!
