The Enoteca of Slow Fish returns to Porto Antico in 2023.

The wine selection is, as ever, managed by the team of the Wine Bank of Pollenzo and the Slow Wine editorial team.

And, as ever, the Enoteca will feature a strong local presence: Vermentino, Pigato, Sciacchetrà, Lumassina from Liguria, as well as sparkling, rosé and red wines from around Italy.

Opening times

The Enoteca is open:

  • Thursday, June 1 to Saturday, June 3: from 11 a.m. to 10.30 p.m.
  • Sunday, June 4: from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Smoking is forbidden in the Enoteca.

A journey through Italy

The Enoteca takes us from northern to southern Italy, and the islands, through 300 labels that represent the idea of good, clean and fair wine: wine that is more than a drink, but a tool for the socio-cultural growth of the countryside, made by winemakers who are custodians of the landscape and promoters of biodiversity.

International wines

We’ll also have a selection of Triple “A” (Agricultural, Artisanal, Artistic) wines from the distributor which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. They bring wines from further afield to Slow Fish, including Croatian, French, Greek and Portuguese labels.

There are more international wines on offer from the importer Vinum Vini, including bottles from Albania, Bosnia Herzegovina, Cyprus, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovakia and even Sweden!

Seafood tapas from Acciughetta

The Trattoria dell’Acciughetta proposes a range of seafood tapas to go along with your glass, from panissa chips with anchovy sauce to brandacujun and carasau bread; toasted bread with butter and anchovies; whitefish and tomato sandwiches, ceviche and more.

Beyond the Enoteca

We’ll also have daily aperitifs with winemakers in the Slow Fish Arena, where we can learn more about coastal viticulture from the people who practice it: from the shores of Liguria to the lakes and all around the Italian coastline.

Slow Fish 2023 is organized by Slow Food and the Liguria Region, with the support of the City of Genoa. We’re in the Porto Antico of Genoa from June 1-4. Sign up to the Slow Food newsletter for the latest updates. #SlowFish2023
