Migration and food, literature and dance

Porto Antico-Slow Fish Arena

The meetings of the migrant communities of Genoa present a combination of literature, music and food.

There’ll be readings of passages by four great South American authors, including Isabel Allende, whose Aphrodite takes us from sea urchin sauce to drunken pears, prawn habanera to odalisque salad, from wind chime soup to coquette cherries, offering us a wealth of witty, spicy recipes served with plenty of irony. And the other three authors? To find out, you’ll have to come along to this unique event conducted by the migrant women of Genoa, brought to life by Afro-Venezuelan music and dance.

Free entry while seats last.
