The Piazza delle Feste at Slow Fish 2019 is the event’s focal point, a pulsating hub of activity, energy and delicious things to eat and drink. THE ART OF BAKING MEETS THE FLAVORS OF THE SEA A world of baking arts will be condensed into a single space, coordinated by Agugiaro and Figna Molini: the Fucina, an area dedicated to all things baked, with representatives from some of Italy’s best pizzerias and bakeries hosting 11 different sessions over four days. At the Fucina you can learn all about the magical alchemy that takes place between flour and yeast, with the seafood connection providing an added twist. THE ENOTECA What could be a better accompaniment than a glass of good wine from the Enoteca? With over 300 labels from Italian wineries selected by the Wine Bank from among those participating in Slow Food’s Progetto Vino and snail winners from the Slow Wine guide, you’ll be spoilt for choice. You can consult the wine list for an overview of what’s available from the north to the south of the peninsula, or put yourself in the hands of our expert FISAR-accredited sommeliers. COCKTAILS The collaboration with the Maestri del Cocktail is back, with the masters ready to amaze your palate with original creations and reveal the secrets of the world of mixology. We can’t wait to see you at the Piazza delle Feste at Slow Fish 2019 from Thursday to Saturday from noon to midnight and Sunday from noon to 8.30pm. Remember, entrance is free. Food and beverage tickets can be purchased from the tills.
